Browse venues by sport, city, or price on the Find Venues page, open the venue you like, pick an available court and time slot, and confirm. You’ll need to be signed in to complete a booking — you can create a free account in seconds if you don’t have one yet.

Is my booking confirmed right away?

Yes. CourtPeep shows real-time court availability, so once you confirm a time slot your booking is instantly confirmed — there’s no waiting for the venue to approve it. You’ll see a booking reference and can find it any time under My Bookings.

How do I pay for my booking?

CourtPeep reserves your court and confirms the price up front, but payment itself is handled directly with the venue (for example on arrival). There’s no online checkout — your CourtPeep booking is your reservation.

What sports can I book?

It depends on the venue — each one lists the sports and courts it actually offers, which commonly include basketball, tennis, padel, pickleball, badminton, futsal, volleyball, and squash. Use the sport filter on the Find Venues page to see what’s bookable near you.

What is CourtPeep’s cancellation policy?

Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. The exact cutoff is shown on the venue’s booking panel before you confirm, since it’s set per venue.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Accepted Answer

Go to My Bookings from your dashboard, find the upcoming booking, and cancel it from there. To change the date, time, or court, cancel the original slot and book the new one — CourtPeep doesn’t currently support editing a booking in place.

Why is a venue showing as unavailable?

A venue owner can temporarily pause new bookings — for maintenance, a private event, or time off — using CourtPeep’s vacation mode. When that happens, the venue page shows a notice explaining it’s temporarily closed to bookings, and normal booking resumes as soon as the owner turns it back on.

What is Open Play?

Open Play sessions are drop-in games hosted by a venue that anyone can join individually, rather than booking the whole court yourself. Venues post them with a date, time, skill level, and player cap.

How do I join or leave an Open Play session?

Open Play sessions are listed on the Announcements page and on the venue’s own page. Tap Join to reserve your spot — the button shows live remaining capacity and switches to Leave if you need to back out before the session starts.

Can I save my favorite venues?

Yes — tap the like button on any venue page to save it. Your saved venues show up under Liked Venues on your dashboard so you can get back to them quickly.

Can I message a venue directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every venue page has a chat option that opens a direct message thread with that venue’s owner, so you can ask about court conditions, group bookings, or anything else before you book.

Do I need an account to browse venues?

Accepted Answer

No — you can browse venues, courts, and prices without signing in. You’ll only be asked to create an account or sign in when you’re ready to book a court or join an Open Play session.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Open the sign-in modal and choose “Forgot password.” Enter your email and CourtPeep will send you a link to reset it.

How do I list my venue on CourtPeep?

Accepted Answer

Sign up and choose “I own a venue” as your account type. That gives you access to the venue manager dashboard, where you can add your venue, set up courts and pricing, and start accepting bookings.

How do I manage bookings as a venue owner?

Accepted Answer

Your manager dashboard shows every upcoming and past booking for your venue, lets you pause bookings with vacation mode, post announcements and Open Play sessions, and message players who’ve booked with you.
