Terms of Service

The terms that govern booking courts and listing venues on CourtPeep.

Last updated July 9, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using courtpeep.com (“CourtPeep”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use CourtPeep. We may update these terms from time to time — see “Changes to these terms” below.

What CourtPeep is — and isn't

CourtPeep is a discovery and booking platform that connects players with sports venues. We show real-time court availability, take reservations, and let players and venues message each other.

CourtPeep is not the operator of any venue listed on the platform, and we don’t process payments — payment for a booking is handled directly between you and the venue, not through CourtPeep. Venue owners are independent third parties responsible for their own facilities, pricing, and policies.

Accounts

You need an account to book a court, join Open Play, or list a venue. When you sign up you choose an account type — player or venue owner — and you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person. The platform-admin role isn’t available through signup — it’s granted separately by CourtPeep.

Booking a court

When you confirm a time slot, that reservation is instantly confirmed with the venue — there’s no approval step. The price shown at booking is the venue’s stated rate at that time; you settle payment directly with the venue (for example, on arrival), so pricing shown in the app is informational and doesn’t constitute an online purchase.

Cancellations

Each venue sets its own cancellation window, shown on the booking panel before you confirm. You can cancel an upcoming booking any time from My Bookings. Because payment happens at the venue rather than through CourtPeep, any refund or no-show consequence for a late cancellation is between you and the venue — CourtPeep facilitates the cancellation itself but doesn’t handle refunds, since we never collect payment in the first place.

Venue owner responsibilities

  • Keep your venue’s listing, hours, pricing, and availability accurate and current
  • Honor bookings confirmed through CourtPeep
  • Respond reasonably to player messages about their bookings
  • Only list venues and courts you’re authorized to represent

Reviews & user content

Reviews are limited to players with a completed booking at that venue, and should reflect a genuine experience. We may remove reviews or other content — including messages — that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms.

You keep ownership of content you post, but you’re responsible for it, and you grant CourtPeep the right to display it on the platform (for example, showing your review on a venue’s page).

Prohibited conduct

  • Creating fake accounts, fake bookings, or fake reviews
  • Harassing another user through messages or reviews
  • Scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with CourtPeep’s normal operation
  • Listing a venue you don’t have the authority to list
  • Using CourtPeep for anything unlawful

Intellectual property

The CourtPeep name, logo, and platform are owned by CourtPeep. Venue owners retain ownership of the photos and descriptions they upload but grant CourtPeep a license to display them as part of the platform.

Disclaimers

Sports carry inherent physical risk. CourtPeep isn’t responsible for the condition of any venue, court, or equipment, or for injuries that occur while playing — those are matters between you and the venue. We work to keep listings accurate, but venue information is ultimately provided by venue owners, and we don’t guarantee its accuracy.

CourtPeep is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CourtPeep isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes with a venue over payment, cancellation, or the condition of a facility.

Termination

You can stop using CourtPeep and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent bookings or reviews, or abusive behavior toward other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we’ll update the date below and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use CourtPeep after a change means you accept the updated terms.
