How to Book a Sports Court on CourtPeep

There’s no separate app or extra sign-up flow buried somewhere. Every court on CourtPeep books the same way, whether it’s a pickleball court in Mandaue or a basketball court in Davao, and the whole thing runs on the same page you’re already looking at once you find a venue.

Here’s exactly what happens, step by step, based on how the booking panel actually works today.

   Pick a city and sport

   Start on the Venues page (or its "Browse all cities" list) and choose a city and sport, say pickleball in Mandaue City or tennis in Cebu City. That lands you on a page listing every venue in that city offering that sport, with live availability and whatever price each one has published.

   Open a venue and pick a court

   Tap into a venue that looks right. If it runs more than one court (a badminton hall with four courts, for example), a row of court buttons sits above the booking panel; pick the one you want. The hourly rate for that specific court shows right above it before you commit to anything.

   Choose a date and an open time slot

   The booking panel shows the next 28 days as a horizontal date strip, then a grid of hourly slots for whichever date you land on. Slots that are already taken, held by someone else, or inside a closed or event window can’t be tapped. Tap an open hour to start a selection, tap an adjacent open hour to stretch it into a longer block, or tap the edge of your selection again to shrink it.

   Review the summary and confirm

   Once a time block is selected, "Continue to booking" opens a summary screen: venue, court, date, time, duration, rate, and total, plus a spot to set how many players are coming and add an optional note for the venue. Tap "Confirm booking" when it looks right. Payment happens at the venue itself, not through CourtPeep, so nothing gets charged at this step.

   Confirm by email within 20 minutes

   The moment you confirm, that slot is held under your name only; nobody else can grab it while you finish checking out. A confirmation email goes out at the same time. Click the link inside it within 20 minutes and the booking locks in for good. Miss the window and the hold releases automatically, back to everyone else.

   Show up with your ticket

   Once confirmed, the booking gets its own ticket page with a QR code, the same one visible from My Bookings. Pull it up on your phone and show it at the venue’s front desk to check in.

Good to know

• Browsing venues and checking prices doesn’t require an account, but confirming a slot does, since the booking and its confirmation email both need to attach to a real account.
• Every venue’s booking panel also lists its own free-cancellation cutoff near the bottom (24 hours before start time by default), worth a glance before locking in a time you’re not fully sure about.
• A listing that says "Contact venue for pricing" instead of a number just means the owner hasn’t filled that field in yet, not that the court is more expensive. Message the venue directly through its page to ask.
